• Provided support for multiple customers in IBM’s Lexington Distributed Systems Operations. • Technical tasks included Unix and Windows system administration, full system monitoring (e.g. Tivoli) for all distributed customers, keeping detailed timelines, answering phones, updating management, sending system alert messages, crisis management, and many other duties.
