Daily Duties at Ibm:

• Managed the recovery of computer systems during critical outages for Windows, SAP, Unix/Linux, Mainframe, AS/400, Network, SAN/Storage, and Environmental platforms. • Coordinated system recovery with customers, all tiers of management, support teams, end users, Business Partners, teammates, and all other teams designated as stakeholders. • Supervised the IBM Command Center, that included as many as 40 operators. Tasks included ID badge/security coordination, severe weather management, and staffing guidance. • Proficient in leadership, verbal and written communication, technical terminology, coordination/planning, and multitasking of activities. • Performed Project Management.
