Daily Duties at Marin Community Clinics:
Clinic Director of one, then two clinics, from 2008 to 2011 managing all support staff, which included medical assistants, referral coordiators, medical records, and front office. Oversight of all operational aspects of clinics. Responsible for the management of Call Center for all clinics. Transitioned the clinics to use a new EPM program, NextGen. June 2011 to present built compliance program for organization and steps to compliance plan and accompanying policies and procedures. Created a roadmap for three quality measurement programs: Partnership's QIP; NCQA PCHM accrediation; and Meaningful Use measures for the clinics to systematically reach goals.
