Daily Duties at Nestle Waters:

• Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the Company’s Balance Sheet and for the compilation and publishing of monthly Balance Sheet package. • Perform month-end close responsibilities including compensation, foreign exchange, derivative, and inter-company accounting. • Manage company-wide interfaces into SAP including ADP, Insurance, and Relocation. Liaison with third parties to ensure integrity of data provided. • Responsible for balance sheet schedules provided in the quarterly Nestle reporting package from Paris Headquarters. • Oversee outsourced corporate functions – Balance Sheet & Inter-Company Accounting. • Liaison with Nestle Business Services regarding Shared Services Fees. • Provide financial support to various administrative departments such as HR, Legal, IS, Marketing and departments. • Make recommendations & execute process improvements.
