Crafted messaging to influence perceptions and behaviors; developed communications strategies; engaged stakeholders to create meaning and alignment with community and corporate partners. Designed and facilitated leadership/organizational development and strategic planning retreats for education, public sector and nonprofit clients, leveraging strengths-based and solutions-focused learning and development methodologies.
