Thera Care Work Values

Daily Duties at Thera Care:

Taught students that have developmental delays, learning disabilities, Autism, or PDD-NOS in a 1-1 ratio with Early Intervention, Preschool, and School age students. Trained in Applied Behavior Analysis in order to implement this teaching style to students on the Autism Spectrum. Received consistent evaluations and feedback on my ABA implementation in order to make improvements. Fostered behavioral, language, and social development by using a Verbal Behavior approach. Modeled socially acceptable behavior and engaged the students in social play.
