Daily Duties at Northrop Grumman Information Systems:

 Current responsibilities include supporting contracts and multiple customers for Mission Solutions and Services OU with a focus on the DIA customer via the SITE IDIQ contract and the DIESCON 3 IDIQ contract, DEA customers as well as DoD intelligence community restricted contract customers.  From 2007 - 2010, the prime level CNTPO IDIQ contract was also part of my management responsibilities. From contract award in 2007 – 2010 the sales revenue for the CNTPO contract is $475M which has been achieved by competitive task order process for new work won on this contract. Managed up to 5 Contract Administrators during this time. The sales increased for this OU at YE for 2009 was $259M and YE sales in 2010 was $271M.  Responsible for Contracts Support to MSSOU and GESOU as part of the Geospatial Intelligence Operating Unit (GIOU now called the IISBU) Worked with a Contracts staff of seven to provide support to the two OU groups who had a total revenue of $380M in 2008. Contract types included but not limited to T&M, FFP, FFP/LOE, CPFF, CPAF and IDIQ contracts. Customers supported during this time ranged from DoD Army, USCENTCOM, SOCOM, USSOCOM, NGA, DEA and restricted customers. Responsible for Contracts support for pre-award proposal activities and post award Contract Administration. Contracts support provided to Imagery and Intelligence Systems Division (I&ISM) as part of the Space and Intelligence Operating Unit as well as the Intelligence, Surveillance Reconnaissance Operating Unit (ISROU). The main customers support during this time was the NRO and restricted contract customers. Supported proposals which lead to increase in sales and revenue growth of approx. 30% in 2005.  Contracts Support provided to Civilian Agency customers such as NOAA, FBI, and Dept. of Treasury. Responsible for contract administration of large complex systems integration multi contract type prime contracts, multiple task order contracts and subcontracts from proposal to closeout phase for Federal, Commercial and State and local customers. Primary Contracts during this time: AWIPS (advanced Weather Interactive Processing System) $350M, ITN (Identification Tasking & Networking) $180M, and HR Connect $110 M. Responsibilities included submission of business volume, negotiations and execution of competitive proposals and change proposals on current contracts.
