Process ERA using Xpress Claim. o United Healthcare Online for claim Status, appeal, submission, reconsideration, payments, patient Eligibility for Owner of clearing house ILC. o Assign ICD-9 to physician’s diagnosis and insure correct level of service and various other CPT codes.
