•Management of Safety, Industrial Hygiene & Environment in line with corporate EHS standard, policy, OHSA-CFR (US), OHSA – 300 Reporting, EPA (US) and local regulations. •Air sampling of work environment for employees’ exposure assessments •Active involvement in the development, facilitation and implementation of Process Safety Management programs on: PHP (Potentially Hazardous Processes), HAZOP (Hazard Operability Study), PST (Process Specific Training), P & ID ( Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams), CIIT (Critical Instruments Identification & Testing), JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and PR / PSVs ( Pressure relief / safety valves) •Conducted plant fire safety survey, industrial hygiene and environmental inspections •Assessment of industrial noise and illumination levels •Planned, designed and delivered training courses for employees and contractors on portable and fixed fire systems, first- aid and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) •Liaison with external EHS agencies, government authorities and insurance agents. •Inspected and maintained of all emergency safety and fire alarm systems •Conducted Respirator’s fit test training of workforce • Safety, Environment and Industrial Hygiene Auditing under Corporate guidance
