Daily Duties at First National Operations And Maintenance Company:
• To develop, review and roll out EHS programs to all operating plants as directed by management • To ensure the implementation of local EHS legislations, company / clients / partner EHS policy / procedures as per O&M agreement at each power and desalination plant • To develop and implement effective emergency response and preparedness plans and action programs. • To mentor site management to drive EHS program and a culture of EHS ownership throughout all facility personnel • To maintain data, records and documents in compliance with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 • To monitor and ensure air emissions, waste disposal and waste water discharges: sampling requirements are completed properly, documented, and reported properly and timely manner to concern regulatory authority with Environmental compliance as set forth in site-specific Environmental plans / manuals • To ensure all reporting requirements are completed in compliance with laws, regulations, permits, policies and procedures. • To ensure Annual Plant Outages involving scheduled or unscheduled equipment repairs are completed safely, conforming to all safety requirements, including contractor adherence and compliance. • Conduct audit, task risk assessment and training for LOTO, working at height, confined space, machine guarding, PPE, mechanical integrity program, management of change program, chemical safety, electrical safety and PTW’s compliance are understood, followed and properly adhered to.
