Anesthesia Record Keeper Coordinator: Responsible for the implementation of the Picis vendor Clinical Application for Anesthesia Electronic Record at the Amarillo VA facility. Coordinated Strategic Implementation Planning site visit Completed all task assigned by the VISN18 Project Coordinator. Established a working relationship with the VISN18 Coordinator, the VISN18 Chief Health Informatics Officer and the Picis vendor team. Attended RCI Record Analytics User Training. Participated in Picis vender Data Bridge Testing, created flow sheets for documentation and all aspects of user build. Coordinated multiple department project implementations. Held multiple department team meetings and kept minutes to report to VISN leadership. Submitted a floor plan of PACU and Anesthesia operation room areas and established workstation space. Provided needed equipment list to VISN Coordinator. Participated in weekly VISN ARK Coordinator online live conference meetings and biweekly national call phone conferences. Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft office and VA electronic charting. Surgical Services: Perform all assistant scrub and circulating duties for orthopedics, general, urology, thoracic services and pacemaker placement, battery changes and exchanges. Proficient in day surgery, PACU, and shift charge nurse. Conscious sedation and scrub tech for bronchoscopy procedures.
