Responsible for day-to-day operational management of 70 health clinics located in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico that provided medical oversight for all Ford Employees. Responsible for OSHA, FMLA, ADA, administration, operations, policies, and procedures. Negoitiated medical components of union contracts. Led shift supervisors and support staff in five clinics. Responsible for medical oversight of 25,000 employees. Managed OSHA records for 52 manufacturing and office locations. Developed in-house global medical record keeping system used in 26 different countries. Designed and rolled out 60,000 sq. ft. fitness center. Developed a one-stop-shop system for all locations to purchase medical supplies, equipment and service contracts.
