Daily Duties at At&T Wireless Services:
Consistently ensured indirect sales channel operational readiness, training and communication across new offers, promotions and products. Effectively coordinated, analyzed and delivered product and offer feasibility studies to product development teams, including sales forecasts, launch readiness, training and field execution. Drove coordination, design, management and evaluation of national indirect strategy and sales execution pre- and post-launch of newly developed Next Generation wireless technologies. Tactically developed and produced national product and offer support communication vehicles, including the only Indirect external e-mail newsletter.
