―Facilitated and executed the company’s first international Accel2008 conference, including site conference logistical support, media production, contract negotiations, and transportation arrangements ―Redefined conference design, process of implementation of operations and management necessary for success ―Developed team-building strategies that continue to date as well as established protocols for current and future project management ―Established fundamental requirements of top down bottom up communication that build synergy and determinations for success ―Directed and oversaw all conference operations and program development, in addition to management of budge, conference sessions, staff development, and coordinating 25+ volunteers ―Administered and supervised all conference operation including but not limited to; AV and media production, transportation arrangements, hotel accommodations, and hotel negotiations ―Managed travel logistics activities that include international travel and transportation coordination, food & beverage venues, entertainment, tours, and etc.
