Progressively grew with organization and held roles as Supervisor of Agency Audit Department, Business Operations Specialist, Business E-Care Administrator, and Instant Service/ATG Administrator and liaison. Recognized as individual who significantly enhances efficiencies with internal and external clients. Significantly improved quality and productivity of Agency Audit department through complete departmental reorganization, including creation of new performance metrics and redesign of audit process aligned with company objectives. Increased oversight of call center internal auditing including identification of internal and consumer fraud. Ensured call center representatives followed current protocols. Directed call center and business operations involving creation of multiple performance metrics, forecasting, scheduling, and reporting for all “Chat” forums across internal and external sites. Worked with cross-functional departments to manage and coordinate complex projects involving Call Center / Chat operations.
