Daily Duties at Custom Rubber:
Managing 3 shifts of Quality personnel, all first article layout inspection, mold layout, line ISO 9000 audits, SPC, 8-D corrective actions, answering customer complaints, trouble shooting rubber injection press quality problems, calibration, writing procedures, work instructions and modifying the quality manual, quality standards, creating quality illustrations, assuring tractability, implementing ISO 9000 incomplete sections, gage R&R, conducted ISO 9000 audits, with registrar, conducted PPAP’s, management reviews daily scrap reports. Manufacturing engineering projects: early warning system, assy line, and inspection system. CPK, PPAP, SPC.
