Daily Duties at Ocean Bank:

Accountable for being the liaison between Branch Officers and Senior Management, including Board of Directors. Accountable for two branches of eight to ten key personnel. Provide guidance to all key personnel with aspects of BSA/AML policies and procedures to ensure of accuracy and high integrity. Evaluate files for accuracy and completeness within accordance to BSA Policies and Procedures in addition to the bank’s company policy and procedures. Appraise files daily with accordance to policy and procedures with each officer to ensure high integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with senior management to report progress of the performance, knowledge, timeliness, and accuracy of all KYC forms on a weekly basis. Receive progress reports of each officer to ensure that each officer is on track per the BSA and the Bank’s policy and procedures. Utilize software programs to perform the requirements of the position. Deliver meetings to all personnel about updates, progress and compliance. Create a special research report for the bank and brought findings to Board of Directors.
