Provided outstanding oversight of operations for $100M division to include staff of 26 in customer service, inventory control, and stock replenishment, as well as provision of budget control. Engaged in product development, materials purchasing, production management, and inventory control, and ensured timely deliveries of products to customers. Visited factories in U.S., Brazil, and Dominican Republic, and met with customers throughout U.S. Elevated rank of catalog houses to No. 2 customers in company through direct engagement. Facilitated highest level of inventory turn in company.
