Daily Duties at Lattice Communications:
Exceeded expectations through remote monitoring of towers for lights, AC power, HVAC, and generators to include management of contractors maintaining 350 tower sites across U.S. Controlled budget of $700K, as well as staff of 3. Negotiated contracts with vendors for tower inspections and vegetation control, as well as HVAC, generator, and general site maintenance, and conducted field visits at tower sites for work evaluations and inspections.
