Daily Duties at Synergon Solutions:

As Director: Provide overall business support and analysis to Organization Partners. Responsible for proposal coordination, change management, negotiating / managing contractual arrangements, and terms / conditions review and recommendations. Provide daily customer interface via written and oral communications. Make comprehensive customer and management visual presentations contractual terms and effectiveness. Enter customer requirements through SupportTrak (in house CRM) and web-based intranet support portal. Work with management to develop competitive pricing, approaches, negotiate with and provide service to well-established domestic and international customer base, track / manage delivery of on-site and remote support services for all assigned contracts. Responsible for all assigned support contracts, assigned in-house staff and Repair Center activities. Responsible for determining proper support staffing levels, and required hardware and software infrastructure. Assist in development and negotiation of support contracts with clients and end users. Develop and implement proper call handling and escalation procedures on all assigned contracts. Insure contract specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met and exceeded whenever possible. Responsible for meeting required turnaround times for Repair Center activities and maintaining proper inventory/parts for repair processes. Provide monthly statistical reports to upper management on all activities and special projects with an emphasis on maintaining maximum utilization of assigned staff. Perform Tier III assistance for assigned products/solutions as well as interfacing with key contract accounts on complex configuration and installation related issues. As Technical Support Manager: Responsible for overseeing and coordinating in-house support engineering staff across multiple contracts. Coordination of nationwide on-site support services as required for new installations and upgrades as related to serviceability issues. Provide on-site assistance as required on complex and installation issues. Responsible for timely role out of +600 large scale Y2K related installations for Medical facilities as contracted by clients within an eight month time frame. This role included, backup of existing software configuration & customer data as well as extensive task building to insure site specific customizations were in place and fully functional. Responsible for coordination of RMA repairs including component-level on all contract covered products. As Senior Technical Support Engineer: Recruited as first employee of start up company, providing out-sourced nationwide helpdesk and on-site support services. Responsible for all Tier I, Tier II and Tier III hardware and software support on multiple digital dictation platforms. Acted as point-person for communications/collaboration on supported platforms . Provided manufacturing, SQA and support assistance on products developed in-house. Responsible for RMA repairs including component-level on all supported products.
