Responsible for all administrative/secretarial duties and provided administrative support to the six managers within the division of finance. Represented Directors to both internal and external agencies and interfaced with a wide variety of professional organizations. Maintain confidential corporate documents and records. Recorded and distributed meeting minutes for Board Committees. Distributed monthly financial statement packets to appropriate Board, Committee and Hospital Staff members. Assisted and work independently of the preparation of the Annual Hospital Budget and financial audit materials. Prepared a variety of analytical schedules. Prepared Executive Payroll and assisted in a variety of Accounts Payable duties
