Responsible for all administrative/secretarial duties and provided administrative support to the managers and staff within each department. Represented Directors to both internal and external agencies and interfaced with a wide variety of professional organizations. Maintain confidential corporate documents and records. Recorded and distributed meeting minutes for Medical Staff Committees. Additionally, provided administrative support for the Senior Vice President of Nursing and Hospital Executive Administrators. Duties included preparation for The Joint Commission Survey, completing the application for survey and updating the Nursing Structure Standards.
