Daily Duties at At&T Government Solution:

• Develop project control plan • Develop project schedule and WBS • Maintain cost baseline • Execute and monitor project to ensure that projects stays within scope • Update customer and upper management of project progress weekly • Document any change request and ensure that it has proper signatures • Implement all change request • Update CMDB of all change request for tracking purposes • Monitor tickets to ensure that SLAs are breached • Present Weekly status report to Stakeholders and management • Meet with Government customer to adjudicate breached tickets • Train personnel to be familiar with SOP • Tracking inbound/outbound shipment from warehouse to sites • Update all related paperwork in database • Ship and order equipments for all the sites • Responsible for maintaining material management database and provide quarterly report to upper management • Disposition and sanitization of all COMM equipments • Perform SOX and government Audit Quality Assurance/ SLA Analyst • Audit all outbound IT equipment • Analyze, validate and audit trending information for Deployed Management Team’s trouble tickets to ensure that errors are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
