Daily Duties at Harman:
Test/MES Engineer with the responsibilities of configuration analyst with SAP-ME and adding or changing program with the test equipment to keep up with requirements of new projects or existing product. Collaborates with quality, production and Engineering teams to ensure efficiency and quality product is shipped. Provide changes in MES reporting, data analysis, and proficient routes (pathways). • Trouble shoots and configures Harman’s MES program (SAP-ME). For trouble shooting I was require to read sequel errors out of Scada along with any equipment programming errors with existing or new product. I was required to configure in new equipment and new product into the SAP-ME. • The test equipment I work directly with are functional testing of amplifiers, cloning process of hard drives and integrated circuit testing of all PCBs in the facility. The programs that were used for the test equipment are MCDwin, APwin, and Genrad. My responsibilities included changing software programs to keep with the quality, production and engineering requirements and adding new product to the system.
