Daily Duties at Waste Management:

• Hire, train, coach, motivate and discipline a department of 23 employees. Generate reports and projections on a daily weekly and monthly basis. Maintain and promote clean, safe work areas in compliance with OSHA, and company standards. • Responsible for Planning, scheduling, implementation and monitoring preventative maintenance activities. • Maintain all oversight of all parts functions associated with heavy-duty truck parts, purchases and inventory, Including operations fuel budgets, operations support and container/ compactor shops • Minimizing risk and liability through development, implementation, and leadership of environmental management, compliance, and auditing programs. • Water/wastewater, hazardous waste project management, facilities management operations & maintenance, construction, design, and engineering. Also has experience with regional management-including P&L responsibility, business unit management, and marketing consulting services
