Daily Duties at Stealth Products:

Territory & Account Management/Sales: •Manage sales force of 35 sales representatives across the US •Responsible for training and development of specialized team of 6 seating specialists to assist in sales generation, customer follow through, and daily operations •Identify, and implemented effective sales strategies •Analyze market and identified opportunities with key accounts •Create monthly sales reports and sales forecasting •Maintain detailed database of current customers and potential customers Business & Relationship Development: •Streamline new product launches and executed aftermarket strategies -marking campaigns and incentive programs •Establish and maintained rapport with key contacts and accounts •Provide educational presentations, workshops, and in-service training's to Assistive Technology Professionals and Physical Therapists •Attend industry trade shows and conventions •Supervise company operations and implemented processes to maximize growth and profitability
