As a System Analyst and being a part of health IT team, work on software solutions for Oakwood healthcare system. Duties involved from developing or enhancing a software application based on client's specifications, testing, implementing, to supporting the users with appropriate follow-ups. Maintain updated communication with team, client, and management by using different means of communication.
