Daily Duties at York Telecom :

Responsible for maximizing the revenue, profitability, growth and quality of the implementation services. Drive customer usage by collaborating with client relationship management and establishing the system and processes to optimize productivity and ensure a world-class execution of professional managed service. Provide Management direction, leadership and overall accountability on all engagements. Shaped the Project Management policies and procedures to improve service delivery and increase client satisfaction. Provide leadership in developing new and creative solutions to add value to the client’s operations. Act as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules for high profile client issues and/or resolve complex technical problems. Created processes and procedures for day two supports from a project management perspective and integrated troubleshooting application for the help desk.
