Daily Duties at At&T Consulting Solutions, Inc. :
Responsible for all scheduling of resources, equipment, and support needed. Verified experience and skills sets for all engineering resources which included all planning, assigning, and maintaining of their duties on a weekly to daily basis over 45 projects. Ensured all security requirements were achieved prior to scheduled tasks was to begin. Prepared daily status of all projects for senior/executive management of the Administrative Office and AT&T, and arranged all project related team meetings for each project. Oversee all real-time cut over / implementation activities for proper resolution and updates to both AOUSC & AT&T senior/executive management. Insured proper completion of the project that included court unit/customer sign off and transition to the UCSD Help Desk.
