Conducted market analysis to get a fair idea of the latest market trends and the competitor moves ahead to achieve market share metrics by providing appropriate product mix & pricing strategies as well as marketing campaigns Accountable for evaluation of new opportunities/products for retail and SME customers; Preparation of concept note with recommendation for senior management approval Planned and organized various promotional campaigns to enhance the brand awareness and market penetration Devised and implemented incentive program for target achievement, channel & off role sales staff motivation Policy & process roll outs, reports, & communication to zonal teams and various channels of acquisition Responsible for managing the teams while training people across dealer network for enhanced efficiency and productivity Established systems & procedures, budgeting and recruitment of personnel and training them regularly to significantly improve efficiency & productivity
