Daily Duties at Saerce Inc:
Understand the current AS-IS process, document and get the same signed off from the stake holders. Facilitate root cause analysis of the existing processes and make recommendations to the senior management. Develop improvement programs and proactively work with projects and operations team to achieve desired results. Facilitate the knowledge transfer, parallel run and GO LIVE activities with operations teams. Develop and communicate regular reports verifying the outcomes and effectiveness of business improvement initiatives. Develop a healthy process improvement culture and promote knowledge management programs across global locations to create a learning culture.
