Used my proactive leadership skills to establish a positive team environment, a compelling vision, and the needed direction for goals to become reality. It required cultivating positive relationships and mentoring and motivating volunteer personnel (oversight and direction of 10-15 active volunteer reports) while promoting participation and enthusiasm.
