Daily Duties at Strategic Therapy Associates:

•Ensured the treatment and safety of 100+ at-risk youth individuals by oversight and program administration as specified in the service delivery system of day treatment services, in-home services and mental health support •Conducted public relations with professionals, individuals and their families through collaborative case work and community relations by initiating and developing seven different additional program venues •Met daily attendance targets for all programs by assessing potential issues and creating plans for resolutions through a controlling calendar to include billing, recruitment reports, timesheets/mileage sheets and audits •Determined eligibility of all prospective individuals by generating referrals through the community, 10+ schools, referring workers and current families in three different counties •Supervised five clinical/clerical positions, provided and implemented management ideas for the vision of the agency and created innovations and improvements to each department through orchestrated communication systems
