Daily Duties at Southside Community Services Board:

•Serve as the liaison and manage the comprehensive daily operations of specialized services for approximately 45 adult individuals with an intellectual disability (ID) whom are dually- diagnosed with a mental health diagnosis •Ensure programs/services meet state licensure regulations (DBDHS) and Board policies through daily conflict management and monthly audits •Certify and facilitate reimbursement, transportation, information systems, program expenditures, stock requisitions, incoming/outgoing finances, physical plant issues and manage a budget of approximately $700, 000 •Serve on interview committees, hire, terminate, and train employees on Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) techniques, program protocols, and policies and procedures
