Provided comprehensive administrative support for President and CEO of California’s third largest Easter Seals branch with 200+ employees. Prepared, filed, and retrieved documents such as invoices, reports, financial statements, and correspondence including confidential and sensitive materials. Attended meetings and drafted/disseminated minutes. Maintained schedule and coordinated all travel, including flight and hotel reservations. Answered phones and represented President both internally and externally as needed. Tracked all contacts made and devised follow-up plans. Served as liaison for multiple departments and additionally assisted COO and Assistant Vice President as requested.
