Manage daily operations of banking center, which include: Direct reports of 5-8 employees. Interview, hire, manage, train, develop, and mentor new and existing tellers and service managers. Provide ongoing coaching and development of service staff to probe and recognize sales opportunities, while ensuring a high level of client service satisfaction is met. Reward and recognize employees demonstrating high service standards. Daily observations and feedback on missed opportunities. Maintain and manage 5-Star CIQ service scores to 4.85 or higher. Evaluate and audit financial reporting systems, accounting, lending and collection procedures and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions. Evaluate collateral, credit, income, and mortgage pay history according to product guidelines. Calculate and evaluate debt-to-income ratios within underwriting guidelines and policies. Review and clear mortgage and consumer loan underwriting conditions. Review and audit mortgage and consumer loan documents prior to closing for compliance violations. Successfully prepare banking center for quarterly audits within company guidelines of 92%-100% passing rate. Audit mortgage, business, personal and auto loan files as well as operational procedures for compliance within federal guidelines. Branch Audit results 2012- 96%. Successfully manage profit and loss statements, budgets, expense controls, sales, and personnel. Conduct investigations and examinations of financial information to ensure compliance within company practices and federal regulations Conduct weekly individual and team meetings to identify and overcome obstacles to increase professional development. Perform quarterly performance reviews for all direct reports. Interact with clients on a regular basis, serve as an escalation point for concerns, and ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner. Develop and implement processes to prevent operational losses, mitigate risk and ensure operational integrity. Discuss best practices weekly on fraud prevention, and other operational updates. Team leader support and consultant for bank acquisitions and mergers. Serve as the regional information consultant for all front-end banking operations. Perform peer audits in the region to ensure operational compliance excellence.
