Staff Nurse on Traumatic Brain Injury Unit and floats to Neurovascular and Orthopedics Units as needed Supervise and assign patient care activities to team members in an acute care setting according to patient's daily needs and goals. Provide patient care, document all elements of nursing assessments, treatments, medications and discharge instructions according to policy and protocol. Act as patient advocate by responding to changes in patient status with appropriate interventions, often involving revisions in patient care.
