Daily Duties at Quest Diagnostics:
Deliver technical training to service reps and internal customers. Update existing training material to reflect changes in new SOP/product releases. Create training presentations, manuals and course outlines. Contribute to improved training documentation tools. Maintain a current, in-depth knowledge of the functions and features of Quest Diagnostics products/services. Contribute to the implementation of an on-line training program.
