Daily Duties at Quest Diagnostics:

Reporting/escalating issues through the appropriate channels. Strive to meet highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving customers issue in professional & timely manner. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on incident resolution. Facilitate meetings between Operations groups to document and resolve Problems within the infrastructure. Provides weekly review of incidents and is accountable for end to end proactive and reactive problem management for all systems, subsystems and components. Input of data into the problem queue, ensuring that the underlying causes of incidents are understood and documented. Follows the problem management process by composing a root cause analysis (RCA) document subject to formal review and approval by Managers, Officers to explain and resolve the specific issue.
