Daily Duties at Pershing, Llc:
My responsibilties included managing a staff of 18 associates. Writing performance reviews quartely as well as year end. On a daily basis I would answer inquriers from internal customers, staff and external customers. Assigned daily work to associates. Managed a staff of 16 associates Responsible for associate processing of account maintenance updates Ensured the department met service level agreements Held monthly staff meetings informing the department of new policies and procedures Responsible for maintaining supervisory and departmental policies and procedures Wrote mid year and year end employee evaluations Participated in daily meetings with the Technology Department regarding system errors. In these meetings, I assisted in prioritization of remedy tickets opened and resolutions. Assisted customers and Internal associates with questions and/or inquiries on a daily basis Participated in numerous projects to enhance the Firm’s offering of various registration types such as; 529 Plans, HSA Accounts Fully Paid Lending, etc . Reviewed and approved new account documentation when new changes were updated Worked closely with the Quality Management Department regarding the AON standards in responding to customer requests. Generated daily and monthly statistical reports for Senior Management Trained new associates on internal systems and policies and procedures A member of various committee’s such as; Account Services prioritization, Service Center, QMO, etc.
