Responsible for the introduction of new ophthalmic prescription medications and corneal bandage lenses for the ophthalmologist and ambulatory surgical center. Analyzed prescription data, developed a plan of action and six week routing of the territory. Worked with other members of the region to develop a plan to obtain the formulary approval for a new glaucoma medication at Kaiser, Veterans Administration hospitals and county health plans. Presented clinical information to ophthalmologists in various territories. Call cycles included all major pharmacies for stocking and promotional information.
