Daily Duties at Community South Bank:

As a Senior Vice President of the Small Business Lending Division of Community South Bank, I assisted Executive Management in establishing division procedures, preparing division budgets and setting division goals. In addition, as the lead in-house counsel, I performed research and analysis for the Community South home office, and provided assistance to the small business lending division departments including the sales department, the underwriting department, the servicing department and the portfolio management department. Finally, as the Manager of both the Legal Department and the Closing Department, I managed six attorneys and over 30 loan packagers and processors in two offices to enable Community South to close over 300 small business loans each year.
