Daily Duties at Gallup Consulting:
Headed multicultural team of Consultants and Engagement Managers managing combined project revenue of US$5 million and all aspects of consultant recruitment, onboarding, and development. Clients in need of support to design and implement recruitment strategies to shape clear, compelling employer value propositions focused not just on compensation but also talent development; talent and performance management systems as a tool to drive strategic change and culture shifts; and learning and development interventions to equip leaders, managers, and teams for more effective performance. Advised Fortune 1000 clients on solutions for talent and leadership development; and employee, customer, and brand engagement. Managed 7 large-scale client engagements as a lead consultant, on top of people management responsibilities. As lead consultant, led all aspects of engagements, including managing a global resource team; influencing C-suite executives; coaching individuals and teams; and designing communications initiatives to advocate for, and create alignment around, human capital as a strategic priority. Provided intellectual leadership and strategic vision for public sector engagement to measure socioeconomic wellbeing.
