Daily Duties at Ford Motor Co.:
Roll-out best practices of medicine for the Greater Kansa City area for diabetes, congestive heart disease, asthma, H-Pyloria disease, and major depression. The Greater Kansas City Area is comprised of two states (Mo. and Kansas) and five counties. Responsible for day-to-day operational management of 70 health clinics located in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico that provided medical oversight for all Ford employees. Responsible for OSHA, FMLA, ADA, administration, operations, policies and procedures. Negotiated medical components of union contracts. Oversaw employee assistance program, case management, ergonomics and safety programs. Rolled out best practices of medicine in the Greater Kansas City area for diabetes, congestive heart failure, asthma, H-Pylora disease and major depression. Led 250 medical professionals and oversaw multi-million dollar budget.
