Report to the Global CFO and the CEO of a $ 50MM Medical Education Company. As Global Finance Director oversee consolidated financial results of US, Canada, europe and Asia operations. Prepare Annual Budget and Quarterly forecasts. Review Master Service Agreements and contracts with Pharmaceutical clients.
