Daily Duties at Brewton Medical Center:
Responsible for day to day operations with 11 physicians and a staff of 70 employees. Responsible for all 60 employees for attendance, vacations and discipline measures as well as hiring. Responsible for ordering medical equipment and supplies. Responsibility for physician meetings and staff meetings. I had responsibility of all medical training and introduction to new products. Maintain the budget for the clinic and staff. Writing policy and procedure manuals, responsible for payroll, I have built a team effort with all employees and improving communications. I have implemented several cost saving measures. Responsible for teaching and “rolling out” any new systems i.e. EMR
