Daily Duties at New England Coffee Company:

Before expanding across the country, I urged the company leadership to solidify and expand our business to where we already had a presence. Was responsible for training and monitoring eight professionals and seven distributors. Decentralized operations to make them more efficient and effective by establishing distribution service centers outside of Massachusetts. This region became a major promoter of the company’s new Winslow’s Coffee in the ‘90s. I was responsible for all training and P&L.

What they like about New England Coffee Company:

You highly value a work environment built on a formal structure, rules, and regulations. You do not enjoy the unpredictability of shifting priorities and deadlines that upset your routine. You require and enjoy direction, input and accountability as part of your work environment. You have a strong need to participate in making key decisions and feel left out if your superiors or co-workers do not seek your input when making decisions. You thrive on providing good customer service to both internal or external customers, and doing so makes you feel good.
