Full division P&L responsibility for supplier of ingredients for the dairy, bakery, beverage and confectionery industries. Created and executed the sales department, go-to market, and operational strategies to achieve business objectives. Directly managed very large, high profile customer accounts as appropriate. Developed sales proposals and responses to request for proposals (RFPs). Revamped website to better develop a steady flow of leads and revenue generating programs. Monitored customer market and competitor activity, and provide feedback to company leadership team. Traveled for tradeshows, in-person meetings with customers, and partners to develop key relationships.
