Managed the daily operations on the NW division. Had direct supervisory responsibility, including hiring, disciplining and terminating, of more than 100 employees. Planed and coordinated scheduling of trucks for terminals located in Puyallup, WA and Wichita, KS. Recruited drivers, made sales calls and brokered freight needed to keep the trucks rolling.
