1. Managed the Service Department of a Hyster Forklift Dealership 2. Coordinate Branch activities with customers, management, sales, and rental departments 3. Managed Branch’s profitability, profit margins and efficiencies 4. Supervised nine Service Technicians, a Service Coordinator, and a Parts Administrator 5. Scheduled the repairs on customer forklifts in the shop and at the customer sites 6. Managed the Branch’s Forklift Rental Fleet. 7. Customer Service including direct customer contact and providing for estimate for equipment repairs 8. Coordinated transportation for all for forklifts going to and from the Branch
